Positive: I liked that the hotel offered a crib free of charge. & they were able to meet my request of staying near my other family.

Negative: The washer didn’t work, the room smelled so musky that we had to air out the rooms, carpets had a lot of bleach stains, furniture is outdated, fridge looked old & rusty in the inside, the balcony had algae all over.

Summary: I really wished the rooms were more clean than what I saw. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Breakfast was the one i was looking forward at any hotel. But the breakfast could improve more. I wished thier buffets had more options or choices. Thats the only thing i was sad about especially for my kids they did not eat much or me.

Negative: We did not like the breakfast Not much option, not fufilling

Summary: We love our stay everything was good. Even though we stayed at the condo im happy, clean n specious.

Positive: I recently stayed at this condo and had a pleasant experience overall. The unit was clean and well-maintained, which set a positive tone for my visit. The staff were particularly nice and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met during my stay. However, I found the convenience store on the premises disappointing. It lacked variety, and the drinks were not served cold, which was a letdown. Also, the only food and drink option by the pool was closed both Saturday and Sunday. Overall, while the accommodations and service were great, improvements to the convenience store & food and beverage department would enhance the experience.
