Summary: Let me talk about the hotel and the people ! Well the lady at the desk was amazing , professional and understanding. We spent time enjoying the pool before check out which they didn’t mind ! The food was lovey , the kids meal amazing , it was nice am sure will be visiting again

Summary: Stayed there for a night over bank holiday , quick check in, ground floor for families which is perfect, used the pool in the evening and morning , breakfast was good the only thing we didn’t like were the beds which were little small, perhaps small double

Summary: One night stay for a shopping trip with my daughter. Hotel lobby was lovely, room was ok but the tile grout on the floor and light shade covers were very dirty. Breakfast was delicious and room service prompt. Fire alarm went off at 4am but the guidance was clear, prompt and we were allowed back in side without little delay after the fire service deemed the hotel safe. Pool area is not clean. Mouldy, damp and dirty tiles surrounding the pool and walls. All other facilities seemed good. Overall a decent stay but some areas need attention. Probably wouldn’t return unless it was a must.

Summary: I recently stayed at Leonardo Royal Oxford and overall, it was an okay experience. The communal areas and rooms were very clean and modern, with nice touches like newspapers, fruit, and drinking water available in the lobby. There was also a good coffee machine and nice selection of teas in the room, which was a bonus. However, there were a few issues. Some of the towels were quite old and worn, and the shower flooded the bathroom when used. The toilet got stuck flushing at one point, and the barrier at the car park exit didn’t work properly. Although the room was comfortable, it wasn’t entirely soundproof – I was woken up a couple of times during the night by slamming doors and noise from other guests. Despite these problems, the stay was generally pleasant thanks to the overall cleanliness and thoughtful amenities.

Summary: We have been regularly staying in your hotel for the last 3-4 years. Our stay has usually been pleasant. However, this particular stay was of a poor experience. Firstly, we were allocated a room (196) which was not accessible with a lift. My wife has a knee injury, and we tried to raise the issue with a member of staff (Brendan). However, Brendan was very unfriendly and unsympathetic about the situation, giving no apology and just casually offering to take our luggage upstairs himself. We were not at all informed about the lift situation prior to our arrival There were a lack of essential ingredients for tea in the room (no milk, sugar and stirrers), and when we asked for room service, they said that no one would be available to deliver the ingredients for up to 45 minutes, leading to my son having to go to reception to pick up the ingredients himself. We understand that you were busy on the night, but we found this to be unacceptable. We had paid for the room in full, and deserved full hospitality, however, it is unfortunate that this was not provided. We hope that this was a one-off experience, and that our experiences will be good in future and we don't have to complain again.

Summary: A pleasant enough hotel for an overnight stay ( think a step up on a travel lodge) friendly staff and clean though room a bit tired in places. Ideal for a quick overnight trip . I think charging the guests for parking is a bit cheap and the pool is tiny.
