Positive: Amazing location, right by the beach under Mount Carmel. Amazing breakfasts and dinners - diverse, fresh, and tasty food. Amazing staff, especially Miri, the guest services manager. We were wondering if she lives there... Amazing pool, amazing spa, amazing view from the room. All in all - amazing. The rooms are renovated and feature modern, high-quality finishes. The lobby is very nice, with water and coffee available to guests until 11 PM. Free parking by the hotel is scarce. We opted to use the paid underground parking, offering a discount for hotel guests. We accepted the 35 ILS / day as part of the cost of our stay. That parking lot has plenty of available spots at all hours and direct access to the hotel elevators.

Negative: The hotel recently underwent renovations, which left some systems out of order. For example, the phone line in our room was disconnected when we checked in. However, every report we made was recorded and addressed quickly. The staff is clearly very dedicated to making this place awesome.
