Leo's Parkland is situated on a park like 2-acre block in a quiet cul-de-sac, located 2kms from the city's CBD and just a short 2 min walk to the local Paddy's Hotel. Trinity Heights shopping village is only 1km away featuring an: IGA, bakery, coffee shop, takeaway, doctors, chemist and newsagent. With just a 6 min drive to the world-famous Mount Panorama.

The large outdoor area is something to dream about. An outdoor BBQ and fire pit amongst luxurious grass, gardens and established trees. Not to mention the large outdoor heated swimming pool which includes its own undercover entertaining area with lounges, TV and fridge, a heated outdoor shower, as well as its own separate bathroom. Summary: Plenty of space on this sprawling property. Manicured gardens, lush super soft lawns. The main draw for us was that it had a pool. The pool was gorgeous with a fantastic uncover area and landscaping looked new. Felt like we were at a resort. The was even an outdoor tv and the pool shower and bathroom facilities meant kids didn't have to trek through the house. The house itself was very comfortable and large with brand new sparkling clean bathrooms. Fluffy towels and clean linen. Was very impressed at how well outfitted the kitchen was with quality utensils and enough plates and bowls and wine glasses and mugs. Everything was thought of down to the having enough teatowels and sponges. Couldn't ask for more in a holiday house. And the wifi worked!
