Positive: Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The room was super clean too. The bed was excellent for us. Just the right feel. Great breakfast choices with aithentic Kerala spread. Front desk staff were very courteous and served with a warm smile.

Negative: There was a power trip in our room when we got back to the hotel but it was sorted by the maintenance staff quite promptly when we reported to Frontdesk.
