Positive: Fabulous place in the middle of nowhere. Not luxurious but cosy and comfortable. Fireplace that heats up the whole place. Comfy sofa. Everything was clean. Great forest nearby for long walks and mushrooms. Beautiful garden with many spots to enjoy life. For a quick city escape perfect.

Negative: It's hard to find something but the only thing I would consider disadvantage for someone who is used to central heating is a need to feed the fire once at night.
