Positive: The view was breathtaking. We had a great time with the bbq and pizza oven and making a bonfire at night. It was truly amazing! We were welcome really friendly and even got some marshmallows for the bonfire for free. The place is on a hill but definitely worth the ride up!

Positive: The view was incredible and breathtaking! When we were anticipating arriving after our check-in time, the hosts were very accommodating and flexible! It was such a great getaway even if it was just for one night. Made the Shimanami Kaido Kaido experience that much better. Also, best toilet in the world :).

Negative: We unfortunately weren't big fans of the beds. While they did have some plush, it was overall a little too firm for us. However, this is literally the only 'negative' thing I can think of, and I feel like it is a personal preference on sleeping.

Positive: Amazing experience and the entire property was well thought out. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and interesting experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though English wasn’t their first language, when dinner was delivered, they took the effort to patiently explain how to use the broiler, pizza stove, and how to prepare the food items. Top notch service.

Negative: None, if you’re looking for a glamping experience, this was truly a good one.

Positive: We arrived after a long day of biking from Onomichi as our midpoint stay for the Shimanami Kaido ride. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed on a vacation. The view is beyond breathtaking, the deck and yard are great places to relax, and a kitchen and fire pit are provided. The living space is large, and the bathroom is really nice. The highlight of our stay was after we arrived, we realized we had not purchased a meal and since we were on bikes we did not want to ride the 10+ km round trip to go to the supermarket to buy food. We talked to the staff and they offered to drive us into town so we could go grocery shopping, which we deeply appreciated. We got some food and made use of the grill in the kitchen to cook a nice meal. There were also some snacks available for purchase at the check in desk.

Negative: One note if what you're planning on biking here -- be aware that there is quite a climb to get up to the property! The last 2 km to the property are a 500 foot steep climb which was intense at the end of our ride day. But since we were both fairly experienced bikers it wasn't too much of an issue for us.
