Summary: First of all the location and the island is amazing. We had a great time but this is not because of the hotel. We stayed for three nights and got our towels changed 0 times. The cleaning was bad and both sheets and towels were dirty. The mosquito net was moldy. At the pool area they ran out of towels so we couldn’t lie there for an hour while we waited for a towel. The breakfast was not good and they ran out of glasses 2 times and asked us to drink juice and water from a coffee mug (this is not really a 4 star experience!) We ate breakfast at a nice bakery instead called let’s bake which I would recommend. We were told the boat going back was only for the guests and wouldn’t be filled, but after the guest went in the boat got filled up with other tourists from another location. Overall the service was not as expected the towels and sheets were dirty, and this hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Summary: Staff were lovely. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Convenience store in ally way next to resort really handy. Unfortunately our villa was shaded by lots of tall trees so we used the resort pool more than the private villa pool.

Summary: The property is in the best part of Nusa Lembongan. We have stayed here before and loved the location, the staff, the facilities The rooms are l needing a re-vamp, that is the reason for 4 stars

Summary: Had a great time. Booked a snorkel trip to see the mantas rays and the boat leaves right from the property. Free breakfast included. Staff was very friendly.

Summary: ROOMS ARE NICELY SECLUDED BEHIND WALLS THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY. THE OUTSIDE DOORS OPEN TO YOUR PRIVATE SPACE WITH OUTSIDE AMENITIES AND SLIDING DOORS INTO THE BEDROOM. STAFF ARE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

Summary: Beautiful Pool Villa, staff are fantastic and very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. The Happy hour cocktails during sunset on the beach were amazing! We hired a scooter from the hotel, very easy and good rate. We had an issue with our hot water and it was fixed by the staff within 30mins.. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we will be returning very soon!
