Positive: The apartment was clean and well designed, very near the tube station, places to eat, a cinema, art gallery and interesting areas. There was someone on the desk at all times, so check in was fairly easy and they looked after my luggage on checkout day.

Negative: I needed to ask questions on the days before check in and couldn't get a reply, which made the lead up more stressful than it needed to be.

Positive: Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Felt safe and secure. Was put on 20th floor so we enjoyed a city view too. Perfect central location. Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again. Cafe downstairs was delicious too - great coffee and vibes from the staff.
