Positive: The apartment is very well equipped — everything I needed, and even more, was already there. The owners were super fast in their communication via WhatsApp; I always got a reply within just a few minutes. They really thought of everything that could be important, from parking to getting into the house — all very well organized and clearly communicated. Another big plus was that the apartment was very clean. The air conditioning in three of the rooms worked perfectly, which made the stay even more comfortable. I also really liked the higher-than-usual ceilings, which gave the space an even more open and airy feeling. Finally, I appreciated the little welcome touches — like water, some Coke, and even a few things to prepare a small breakfast if needed. This thoughtful gesture added to my already positive impression of the place.

Negative: The location is about a 10-minute drive from Arillas, so without a car or a scooter, it would be very difficult to get around. Also, the road to the apartment can be a bit challenging for inexperienced drivers. Another possible downside is that the house is located directly on a road. While the road is not busy — on the contrary, it’s much quieter than Arillas — you can still hear some traffic noise when the windows are open. For me personally, these points were not an issue at all, but depending on what you’re looking for, they might be worth considering.

Positive: Amazing location and great host. Freshly renovated with plenty of kitchen amenities. We were greeted with a fridge that was stocked with water, and various snacks on the table. It opens to an inner courtyard which means you get to stay in the center of attention but you are away from all the noise during the night.

Positive: Comfortable temperature, very friendly and responsive host! Federico is one of the nicest hosts I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! The apartment is ok for a short stay to explore Firenze. Wifi works excellently. Federico provided an iron and ironing board for my newly-washed clothes! I appreciated the coffee in the refrigerator!

Negative: It’s a very basic basement apartment, with ancient sofa and bed. One has to walk through the shower area and squeeze past the sink to reach the toilet in the very narrow bathroom. Parking is on the street - it took 6 times around the block to find a place, but other times were easy. Bring your own paper towels, laundry soap, shower products & washcloth, and bottled water. - a can of ground coffee is the only amenity inbthe apartmrnt. Bed sags a little - hard on a person with a bad back. Only 2 wastebaskets (bath & kitchen).

Summary: Good base for a short trip to Firenze.

Positive: The perfect quiet place to be.If you are looking for a quiet, cozy an intimate place then this is the perfect place to be. The owners are wonderful people.They made us felt more than welcome and we were treated like part of the family The apartment is very clean ,big there is enough room for a family with kids or for a couple.
