Summary: I cannot say enough good things about Le Fevre Inn. Not only was it quiet, quaint, and welcoming, the staff were amazing. The wood burning fire place was PERFECT for our stay, especially as the temps were below 0. The bed was comfortable and the huge jetted tub was fantastic. The view was incredible and i wish it had been warm enough outside to enjoy it more. Due to the intense cold, our vehicle wouldn't start when we went to check out. After helping us try to jump start it with no luck, Alfredo at the front desk drove my husband to the store to get a new battery and allowed me to stay in the room until they returned. Talk about service! We were so grateful for his kindness. We will absolutely come back and tell our friends and family about our great experience!

Summary: Nice room, loved that it was pet friendly and close to downtown Galena. Only thing I would ask is for better signage to find front office when arriving at night. Staff was super friendly. We went during winter but plan to go in the spring/summer. Favorite part- besides being pet friendly, was having a fireplace in the room

Summary: Room was clean and had plenty of firewood for the fireplace at no additional charge. Room could have had a microwave to make popcorn while sitting by the fire at night. Overall nice place to stay. Thank you

Summary: What a wonderful spot for a quiet, relaxing getaway! The room was spotless and the fireplace made it so cozy. The staff was amazing and very helpful. And the views of the sunset were incredible.

Summary: The suite we had was very clean and quiet. We wish there had been a king size bed on the main floor. The staff was nice. Only complaint is that there didn't seem to be an ice machine.

Summary: This was the perfect getaway for our family of 5, including 2 teens. The cottage was immaculate and the hot tub and fireplace were relaxing for all of us. The outdoor spaces were prepared for anyone to use and the views were stunning morning and at sunset. Our teens loved that there were basketballs and volleyballs (and hoop/net) available. Our youngest loved that we could see cows and corn. The staff were super friendly and helpful with our every question. We can't wait to come back again!
