Positive: Everything. This place is wonderful. Room is so well appointed. Every member of the team is so friendly and helpful. Feel like you have so much space as nowhere is crowded. Food is great, location too. Being able to get free E-bike hire was a bonus. Pool is huge and warm.

Negative: Navigating takes a little getting used to but really so minor.

Summary: Excellent- probably the best hotel and spa we’ve ever been to

Positive: The gym and spa were outstanding. Best treatments were complementary ones such as Aufgus and sauna stretching with Enrico. Breakfast was wonderful - Prosecco on tap!

Negative: The tv - no Netflix and no sound on Amazon Prime. Two engineers tried to fix without success. We had paid for a movie we couldn’t watch 😞.

Summary: Relaxing, beautiful alpine surroundings to break up a major city based trip.

Positive: The included spa was a fantastic addition to the stay—great variety and an exceptional experience overall.

Negative: The service had its highlights but fell short in key areas. For instance, my bathroom door was broken and not sliding properly. It took two hours for someone to check it, and though they promised to fix it the next day while we were at the spa, either it wasn’t fixed or the issue remained unchanged. While the cleaning staff was outstanding, the overall experience, including the restaurant, was just average.
