Positive: The location was great! The dock was really pleasant to fish on or sit (which was right in the back of the complex) and it was about a 10-minute walk to the beach. We appreciated the beach towels and kitchen stocked with basics. The upstairs bedroom was nice; the mattress was very firm, which may be a plus or minis depending on your tastes. There was an issue that came up with the property before we arrived, but the property management team made sure we were aware and taken care of.

Negative: The shower leaks badly (water all over the floor), and the futon is uncomfortable. The owners know about the shower, there was a sign saying it would be fixed in September.

Positive: The location was excellent. The water at the beach was blue. Fishing on the dock was good. The green lights made it fun to watch the fish. The bed was extremely comfortable. The couch was cozy. The pool was the perfect temperature. We'll come back to stay again.

Negative: The refrigerator wasn't cooling, but the freezer did stay cold. They are aware and are fixing it. Beware of the grumpy neighbor next door.

Negative: Small bed (we knew before we came). Had trouble with electronic lock. No dishwasher (no big deal). Extra short toilets ( hard for old folks). Need better knives/ pans. Couldn’t use pool because no place to tie up dog near. i’m being overly picky here. We were really pretty happy with the accommodations.

Positive: Good location, nice and quiet "get away" place, comfortable beds, close to everything! The beach can be reached by walking or just drive less than 5 min away. We spend time on the beach, it was nice and family friendly. Finding local good food was not a problem and the "Boathouse" was around the corner, and was a fun place to hang out! Will definitely come back again for a weekend get away.

Negative: The shower has a leaky bottom that needs to be repaired, other than that, all is very good!! Nothing else was noted to be repaired...This site wanted me to write more, even though there's nothing else to write! Maybe tweak the site to be more practical!
