Summary: Nice that it is close to a river but necessitates taking a short walk for it. Basically is on a parking lot. Was not impressed that when we arrived after dark, the lights did not turn on by the switch by the door (had to reset on a remote on far side of room), the TV was not on a setting that would work and there was almost no toilet paper. We did not get a reply that night but did the next day.

Summary: Location, location, location - it was perfect. Space of privacy, big back yard, and off the beaten path. Close to wedding venue, Gather Greene. Welcoming - both the home and the town. I highly recommend making Leeds and this lovely one bedroom home a stopping point on your travels through the Catskills.
