Positive: The location is great - right outside Tioga pass. There are also a couple of nice coffee shops next door. It’s a basic hotel with no frills - fine for a night or two if you’re spending most of your time outside exploring.
Negative: It seemed like the walls were thin. The traffic on 395 was a little loud and I could hear other guests in their rooms. If you’re a light sleeper, I would recommend ear plugs.
Summary: Basic motel in Lee Vining

Positive: Road side motel. Modern inside with quite comfortable and thoughtful touches. Bed comfortable . Close to a great deli stop too (whoa Nellie deli)
Negative: I'm a light sleeper and heard the traffic , beside a busy road with a lot of trucks going. Partner is a heavy sleeper and heard nothing.
Summary: Comfortable location , with nice finishings.
