Positive: We were given a very friendly welcome and the lodge was like staying in a stately home for a few days. Views from the windows were amazing and the bedrooms spacious and comfortable.

Negative: The dinner menu is rather limited and there is nothing else around, having said that the meal we had was delicious.

Summary: Lovely old hunting lodge with very friendly staff.

Positive: I have visited the hotel on numerous occasions during my visits to the Land of My Birth. Actually my first visit was in 1951 2 weeks before I set sail for Australia. I just love the place!!!

Positive: Stunning period hotel, highly attentive staff and gorgeous setting. The drive into Kinlochewe is breathtaking. Delicious breakfast and evening meal

Negative: Curtains were white & thin so woke very early due to light coming. Door was very slow to close
