Summary: I think it should be highlighted that there is no cable. The home has one thermostat so downstairs is colder than being outside. We kept finding field mice in the house and so slept with the lights on. Good house for men only.

Summary: We have a group of 6 guys who get together annually for a football outing, and this year we decided to check off a bucket list item with a trip to Lambeau. Mark's place was absolutely the perfect place for us. Plenty of room, recently updated, all the amenities you could want including the gas grill and fire pit, of which we took full advantage. The location was also ideal - close to restaurants, shopping, Lambeau, and right across the street from Ledgeview Golf Course ... what could be better! I highly recommend Mark's Ledgeview property. We had an absolutely fabulous time that we'll never forget.

Summary: Perfect home and location for 4 dads and their 14yr old boys. Mark was a great host and all communication was precise and timely. Getting into the home was a breeze. The beds were very comfortable and the boys had their own room with the bunk beds and a day bed. The showers were great (and used often by the hockey players) and each one had a shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser, which was a very nice touch. The lower level was much larger than we anticipated and was a great spot for the 4 teens to hang out. We also sat around the fire pit one night and enjoyed the evening. The location was only 15 minutes to the rink each day. The golf course across the street provided a great experience for the boys during their downtime. We were also very impressed with the whole Lambo Field area and found plenty to do and some great places to eat. We will be coming back to Green Bay next year and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: My friends and I (four couples) enjoyed this property! Everything we needed was supplied so we could cook meals together, but we were so close to restaurants to go out as well! We used this property as our home base for a week to take daytrips to Lake Michigan, Door County, and Lambeau Field. De Pere and neighboring Bellevue had excellent shopping options. We were also able to take in the Farmer's Market in Green Bay and it was well worth it! We enjoyed all of the amenities and super clean house. The garage was spacious and the neighborhood was quiet (a golf course is across the road and wooded lots separate it from adjacent properties). We highly recommend this location for a comfortable stay!

Summary: This property was one of the best places I’ve stayed at, it felt like my home away from home. Very welcoming environment with snacks provided and great social areas throughout the house. Just enough room for me and my friends. The house is minutes away from Starbucks (which is a must!), and other establishments. There is an information booklet that tells you all info you would need to know about the house and the area. Overall a great stay.
