Positive: Exceptional services with stunning view. The room itself is spacious, well designed, homey and luxurious. Havn’t got chance to visit the restaurant or the spa. Definitely on my revisit list and will recommend.

Positive: Fantastic luxury hotel, spacious and clean rooms with a fireplace and balcony. The bathtub and shower was comfortable. However we booked this hotel as it was mentioned ski-in ski out hotel but unfortunately it is not…they have a free shuttle that takes you to the gondola. Their service is excellent. Magical views of the mountains, cosy interior. The spa room is amazing.

Positive: Highly recommended hotel with excellent location and service. With magnificent views of the open, every staff member is very welcoming, there is a shuttle to the town at any time, and there is also a transfer service. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Switzerland. Look forward to coming back next time it snows
