Positive: Great location, everything is in walking distance which makes your stay much easier. Wonderful restaurant by the pool, had a lovely dinner and staff was welcoming.

Negative: I booked a Deluxe Room but didn't get one, didn't get a balcony, didn't get a large room, our luggage couldn't be open at the same time. On the last day, bell boy came to pick out luggage and went down the stairs hitting every possible step and wall with one of the bags being damaged. I complained about it and reception said that they would have to investigate and fill in a report but i was heading to the airport and there was no time for this. I complained and never got an email or contact from them.

Positive: Location, breakfast, staff friendliness

Negative: So small rooms, the bed was very uncomfortable as they merged two single beds into one king size bed so the bed sank in the middle. I could barely fit the shower.
