Positive: Large terrace, beautiful view, clean accommodation and friendly owners. We loved the apartment, it was by far the best one during our vacation on Martinique! Upon arrival, water and some food were provided for us, along with a basket of Martinique specialties. The owner even brought us some delicious homemade Martinique dishes. We felt completely at ease, thank you!

Negative: The entrance was steep but it worked well even with a Renault Clio.

Positive: Miriam and Lionel gave us a very warm welcome and surprised us with some accras and other home-made delicacies which we enjoyed after the long flight to Martinique. The apartment is very quiet and perfectly located to explore the northern region of Martinique. We had everything we needed and much more and felt like at home from the first minute on.

Positive: The hosts are absolutely fabulous! I'm pretty well traveled (over 100 countries) and this was one of the best host experiences I've ever had. They accommodated an early check-in, provided welcome drinks and some homemade snacks, and filled the apartment with loads of nice touches like coffee, bread and eggs for the first morning's breakfast and a welcome basket containing so local goodies. They live above the apartment and were always quick to respond to any of our requests, although they were also extremely mindful of giving us space. They loaned us equipment for our children and even provided us with a vacuum so that we could clean the sand out of our rental car on the last day. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a kitchen that is well stocked with every piece of equipment that you could hope for to cook up a nice meal. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You're a short walk from the atmospheric ruins of an old sugar factory and a five minute drive from the coast, grocery store, and the St. James Distillery.
