Positive: The property was immaculate. Good location to get into town

Negative: Didn’t receive check in details until 4.55pm. After messaging and ringing first Late check in at 5pm and check out 11am. Not very helpful hosts when trying to find the parking and suggested parking on the road when we purposely booked the property with secure parking due to luggage etc.

Positive: Lovely apartment. Very helpful directions from the owners as there are building works going on nearby. The secure parking was great and the location was fantastic. Just a short walk to the town square. Will definitely return.

Positive: Really clean, comfortable and warm. Excellent location for restaurants. Great service from owners who arrived with extra pillowcases. Some lovely touches like cotton wool pads and buds in the bathroom, and high quality bathroom products.

Negative: Couldn't get the sofabed to go entirely flat, perhaps a page in the guide book is needed?

Positive: A beautifully presented, chic apartment moments away from the pretty town square. Great to have secure parking too. The hosts communicated very well and provided plenty of information regarding the apartment itself and recommendations for the local area. An oasis of tranquility, perfect for relaxing after a long drive. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Positive: It had been renovated to a very high standard the furniture etc is all very good quality. We visited for Christmas Markets and you couldn’t get much closer even in the summer it is very close to all the sights such as the belfry. The parking was also very good and in a secure gated car park.

Negative: We had 1 very very small issue it wasn’t hot enough for us, (we didn’t try until we got back from the markets so was late) however the owners have said they will check with future guests if they want the heating on so this will solve that I’m sure the next guests will rate 10/10

Summary: Excellent, really lovely apartment close to everything will return!
