Positive: The property was immaculate. Good location to get into town

Negative: Didn’t receive check in details until 4.55pm. After messaging and ringing first Late check in at 5pm and check out 11am. Not very helpful hosts when trying to find the parking and suggested parking on the road when we purposely booked the property with secure parking due to luggage etc.

Positive: Lovely apartment. Very helpful directions from the owners as there are building works going on nearby. The secure parking was great and the location was fantastic. Just a short walk to the town square. Will definitely return.

The hosts communicated very well and provided plenty of information regarding the apartment itself and recommendations for the local area. Positive: Really clean, comfortable and warm. Excellent location for restaurants. Great service from owners who arrived with extra pillowcases. Some lovely touches like cotton wool pads and buds in the bathroom, and high quality bathroom products.

Negative: Couldn't get the sofabed to go entirely flat, perhaps a page in the guide book is needed?
