Negative: It's a one bedroom apartment. There is a second little room - it's a kitchen with a sofa The location on Booking was wrong. We needed help from the owner and local people both to get to Le Village.

Summary: Place is OK. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice.

Positive: Very well equipped accomodation that has a very sympathetic old lady taking care of it. It is cozy, has fairly nice view of the sea/harbor area, a whole horde of friendly cats nearby that you can enjoy feeding if you like cats. The room could be a bit cheaper given the location but it is not exactly too expensive either. There are two people that you will be in contact with - the old grandmother who lives in the building, who does not speak English (does not stop her from conversations), and the proprietor (her daughter) who speaks English. You get an A4 with instructions and the grandmother is eager to call the daughter if you need to clarify something. Everyone is very talkative and sweet.

Negative: Do not underestimate the hill, it is quite steep to walk to the centre of Stavros. Me and my partner love hiking and walking in general, so we did not mind it but it is still quite the walk. If you mind cats (we do not) then you wont be able to use the balcony as they will climb there easily. Despite it being on quite the backroad you get quite some traffic there (I guess locals are not fond of walking the hill), so it is not exactly a quiet room (better than having a club nearby tho). There is barely one slot for a car, that will be most likely taken (and it is tight fit to let others drive through). Electricity only works if you leave keys at home in a slot so if there are two of you and one of you wants to go take something from car, the other will be left in dark :D (also means you can't charge batteries while not at home)
