Positive: Very clean, great deck with loungers and chairs with spectacular views from the roof. Lovely to have drinks up there.Near Menton Garavan train station. Allowed us to visit Monaco and Italy easily. Note there are 2 train station in Menton and Menton Garvan, it is about 3 minutes from Menton Garvan. Very enjoyable relaxing stay. Well equipped kitchen we did not use.

Negative: It is up a big hill. Not suitable for those with limited mobility. Nearest supermarket is about 1km away and closes at lunchtime on Sunday.

Summary: Fabulous stay. We wanted to stay longer

Positive: The instruction to access the property was clear. Air condition unit was really good. The property was clean and reasonably well equipped. There was a beautiful view from the balcony of the surrounding area and the sea. The roof top area was very nice. The rating of 7 is for a holiday apartment, as that is what was advertised.

Negative: Not easy to find while driving a car and parking was difficult. The location was a bit away from the main though fair about a 25 to 30 min. walk in 30 degree heat was a bit of a challenge even for avid walkers. The location of the property was up a step hill which was a climb at the end of the day. There was very little noise proofing between apartments, you could hear almost everything! The accommodation may be perfect for other users but it was not to our liking for the above reasons. We left 3 days early to get accommodation in a hotel which was more to our liking.

Positive: Very nice modern apartment with comfortable beds and nice rooftop views.

Negative: The cleaning staff were quite intrusive and unfriendly. We were told off for leaving a bag on our terrace, bringing an expensive road bike indoors for the night and they then sprayed our drying washing with water whilst cleaning the roof.

Summary: Nice apartment but don’t stay here if you’ve come for the cycling

Positive: The studio was clean, spacious and in a lovely setting. The bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

Negative: It was difficult to find on my arrival. But to be fair, I wasn't using a GPS.

Positive: Great place, wonderful view, has everything you will need, very new, very clean, the roof was closed because it is winter ,but look great also. Everything else was working, the little pool was with hot water, super cool yard.
