Positive: The apartment was clean and compact with a nice view from the windows for a city location. The complex is secure and the garage area very good, the ten minute walk to the tram line will get you easily to all areas of the city

Negative: there were no curtains to the east facing windows so prepare for an early rise in the summer, not a lot of facilities (bars, restaurants, shops) close by in this residential area

Positive: Everything was just lovely. Nice balcony, the apt was spotless, good quality everything. Guy met with us and recommended restaurants, tram stations, points of interest. The apt was very tastefully decorated. We loved the artwork. A supermarket was about 300 metres away.. The building has a lift

Negative: For us, as seniors, the distance to the tram was a bit far, although the more we did it, the easier it became. Cobblestone sidewalks and garbage cans made walking with a cane tough. It is a short tram ride to the centre or the main train station.
