Positive: Staff! Everybody is way more than kind:) my heart almost melted!! And location: It’s just perfect! Thanks for everything. I’ll definitely stay there for next years gruyere cheese fest:)
Negative: It actually seems to be expensive. Also there is no elevator. These are the only negatives:)

Positive: Super friendly staff, excellent restaurant, comfortable beds, good sound-proofing to outside noise when windows were closed. Would definitely stay here again.
Negative: The room was overly warm without windows open, despite the ceiling fan. The outside noise at night required windows to be closed to sleep... I'm guessing this would be an issue in the summer.
Summary: Loved this hotel and restaurant. Will definitely return.

Positive: Location of hotel is perfect, 2 min walk from train/bus station, 30sec walk to main high street , bar just around the corner , rooms are comfortable and warm , staff were friendly and polite, food was excellent 👌

Positive: The hotel is located right in the heart of the city. The rooms have charm and have been freshly redecorated - or so it looks like. The rooms are small but it's ok for a night or two. Bathroom is small as well and clean, nice shower. The breakfast that you can get for CHF 10.- is good value for money.
Negative: The beds are quite hard, not good for a side sleeper like me. The rooms stay quite lit from outside lights, even though we closed the shutters. But there's no curtains that make the room dark.
