Positive: The hotel looks like a normal and nice Italian house in a quiet residential area, taking 10 min to Bologna Central Station by bus Line 25. Everything is nice in the budget, with a warm public place (living room, outdoor seats and car parking lot).

Positive: The whole accommodation was extremely comfortable. Very clean, very quiet, very enjoyable. The only downside is the location.

Negative: It’s about 25 minutes walking away from the city center and the train station. If you’re fit and walk, it’s no problem. I generally felt safe walking from/to the center and the accommodation, even on Sunday when it’s quiet and things are closed.

Positive: Clean and new facility with common area where tea or coffee are offered by the owner. There is also microwave available. Location is 20min walk from the central station and another 5 min walk to the city center. Uppon sending our documents, the owner send us a detailed description of how to pickup the key from a box outside of the entrance which was easy-to-use.

Negative: The only downside was the fact that there is another room next to you so if you are not lucky you could ended up with a noisy roommate 😅
