Positive: The location was perfect and we were able to explore all Orvieto sights on foot. The apartment was modern and well appointed with a lovely view over rooftops.

Negative: It was a challenge to wrangle our luggage up the spiral stairs.

Positive: The room was amazing, exactly as it showed in the pics. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was very nice, and the neighborhood ideal.

Negative: The pool is not included in the price, despite being prominently displayed in pics. Also, it was broken so never had a chance to try it.

Positive: Modern apartment in the old city center, well furnished, a lot of snakes, tea/coffees and mineral water to welcome us.

Negative: Quite far from the funicular and it was heavy to reach the property walking around 1km with luggage, There was also SPA (Jacuzzi pool) but it is a bit costly (100 euro per 2 hours) and needs to be booked one day in advance. Air conditioner was working with a lot of noices. No way to sleep to keep AC working
