Positive: Smooth check-in, good communication with hosts, very comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi, well equipped kitchen, private parking, good restaurants and supermarkets nearby, 25 min by foot to the city center. Very pleasant stay!

Negative: At first our rented car was too long for the yard parking, so I had to change it next day for the smaller one that could fit.

Positive: The property had everything you need for a stay there. You have an extra entry and the whole space for yourself. All Kitchen appliances you need for basic cooking where there (pans and pots), as well as a lot of dish ware and cutlery. If I am not mistaken we had a brand new induction stove which made cooking fun! Salt and pepper were also there as well as kitchen towels and detergent. The bathroom also had everything you need, even liquid for the washing machine. I would suggest to bring warm socks for the cold floors in winter, but the heating was very good and we did not feel cold. It also has an AC for the summer. Extra towels would also have been there if needed. Elisa was also very nice and it was easier than we thought to use the key box for the check-in.

Negative: After day 4 we were a bit tired of walking the 20-30min to Bologna town centre, but the value for money made the choice worth it.

Positive: Apartment was spotlessly clean, well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The location was quiet and within easy walking distance of the city centre, railway station and good restaurants/shops.

Negative: I would have preferred a sofa in the apartment instead of the single bed base, but that wasn't a major problem for me as I was out and about for most of the day.
