Positive: Great location, excellent communication with the host. Spacious room.
Negative: The only furniture besides the bed was a high bar table with two high backless bar chairs. I understand that there is probably nor enough space to put a sofa or an armchair, but I would have really preferred to have a little normal table with two normal chairs with back: they would not occupy more space than the bar table with chairs. One can relax on a normal chair, but one cannot on a bar chair.

Positive: Super clean. Super cute. Well located. A lot of attention to detail. Close to everything. A classic old building but a very modern apartment. Met Sara and Lucas who were lovely.
Negative: Little more lighting on the stairs would be nice

Positive: Breakfast not included. The location was perfect, right next to the city center.
Negative: Empty Aperol bottles or filled with unknown liquid were not very good looking. Sunday morning, there was an unpleasant smell in the appartment that made us leave a little earlier than expected

Positive: I was travelling from Spain to Poland and stayed for 1 night at Le Spritz. The room had everything I needed: well-equipped kitchen to cook dinner and breakfast, comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Communication with Sara and Lucas was great, they were very attentive and polite. I was able to park my car easily - there is a free public parking nearby. Next year I'll be back ;)
