Agence Cocoonr offers you Le Singulier, a spacious flat on Place Catinat, a stone's throw from the center of town. Entirely renovated with quality materials, it has two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 4 travelers. With a surface area of 84 m², it's ideally located in a quiet area between Place Mellinet and Place Canclaux, with an unobstructed view over Place Catinat. On the second floor with lift, the flat is composed as follows:
- An entrance opening onto a living/dining room.
- A separate kitchen is fitted and equipped to prepare delicious meals.
- Two bedrooms on either side of the living room. One bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200) and the other with 2 single beds (90x190; it is possible to combine the two beds to create a queen-size bed).
- A shower room
- Separate WC.
- The living room opens onto a terrace.

Transport:
If you come by car, you'll be able to park in a secure, private underground car park. Please note dimensions: (height 1.80 m, depth 4 m, width 2.10 m).
Located 10 minutes' walk from the center of Nantes and 5 minutes' walk from tramway line 1 and bus lines C1, C3 and 11! These will take you to the Château des Ducs de Bretagne or the train station in less than 15 minutes. As for the Machines de l'île, it's a 15-minute walk away.

Summary: This super-equipped apartment has an underground parking space, so you don't have to move the car during your stay in Nantes. All sights are within walking distance. The accommodation is very clean and the price-performance ratio is more than OK. The manager was very polite and is also uncomplicated. At the next opportunity we would book there again. It was great!

Summary: We were a group of four adults wanting to explore Nantes and the surrounding area. This apartment is light, airy and spacious, and well placed to do just that. Kitchen was well equipped, seating was comfortable and bedding and towels, hotel quality. Good selection of tourist information at the apartment. We didn't use any public transport as happy to discover places on foot, which is easy to do from this place. Having the secure underground parking space and a lift to transport luggage to the apartment was a major plus. Florence who met us was friendly and helpful, and great at sorting an initial problem with the parking. The bakery across the road is very handy and a Carrefour Express nearby was very useful. Would happily use this apartment again.
