Positive: Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. Hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay — always smiling and ready to assist. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options each morning. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet at night. We truly felt at home and would love to come back again.

Positive: The Owners Antonio and Aliona were amazing and felt like family. The location is stunning, house was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished and the beds were so comfortable. The house and kitchen are very well equipped. There was food and drink for us. This is the best experience of customer care we have ever had. I would certainly return as it felt like home from home. Even their daughter Elena was helpful and friendly. This property should score 11😂😍👍🇮🇹

Positive: Beautiful location, gracious hosts! The apartment is in great shape, has all the things you need. There were eggs, deli meat, breakfast items. Tonnino and Aliona’s rose garden is also beautiful. The kids loved playing with the cats on property especially cafe. Parking was nearby at a school.

Positive: I have stayed in a lot of places before but have never experienced such a warm welcome from the hosts who actually live just next door. The guest property was their first home in Pescate and it has everything any family could need. It was spotlessly clean (inside and on the patio area) and their cats will spend time with you. If I could rate this more then tens then I would because everything the hosts did was over and above normal expectations. And I haven't even mentioned the pool and the sensational views yet. Anyone wanting a peaceful, relaxing time away in beautiful surroundings and hosts who will do all they can for you, then don't hesitate to book.

Positive: Beautiful, clean, and very comfortable accommodation with incredible views and extremely friendly staff. The location is ideal for exploring Lake Como and its surroundings. The only downside was not being able to stay longer… but we will definitely be back!
