Positive: It was nice that the room was spacious. The accommodation is a duplex, but the bedroom is upstairs and has room for 4 people, plus one extra bed downstairs for a 5th person. Since it was only the 2 of us, we had all the space we needed upstairs. Both floors have AC, which was especially very nice in the upper floor (i.e. the bedroom). The bathroom/toilet and fridge & counter are downstairs.
Negative: The property did not appear to be very clean. When we arrived at 01.15 am, we first had to remove some obvious spider webs, spiders and bugs, and also the top of the cabinets/wardrobes were dusty. The bathroom was rather humid and also did not appear to be super clean, but perhaps the humidity of the summer weather and being close to the beach also played a role here.
Summary: Spacious property, not particularly clean, but great location 30 steps from the beach.

Positive: Lovely hotel by the sea. Lots of choice at breakfast and staff very friendly and helpful.
Negative: Bathroom was very small, particularly the shower cabinet.

Positive: Front desk staff was amazing; very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Buffet was better than expected. Brought dinner back to the courtyard patio every night. Pet friendly!!!

Positive: The location is excellent, as you can visit a different restaurant every day without needing a car. The private parking was also a big plus. There is also a beach just two minutes’ walk away, which is very convenient for lazy days when you don’t feel like driving to more scenic beaches. The beach itself is quite noisy and the water is not very clear, but it’s perfect for sunbathing right next to the hotel. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was average, but sufficient.
Negative: The only downside was the staff interaction. While the gentleman was very friendly, the red-haired lady at the front desk could have been more welcoming. She did not smile and switched to English even though we spoke French. Considering we were in France, it would have been appreciated if she had replied in French, especially since she did speak French to other French-speaking guests. This left a somewhat unpleasant impression.

Positive: The hotel is very close to the beach, which makes the overall experience so nice. Overall, it is very confortable and the room are very nice.
Negative: Sometimes, my room was ready very late, so i have to wait a little bit more than expected. Then, i would appreciate a free water fountain since the main vending machine was broken (also this year...)
