Positive: The proprietor was amazing. Very kind. He made us an amazing meal served in a very nice atmosphere. It was very magical.
Negative: It was an unusually hot Sept and the rooms don’t have AC. So the room was like a sauna. We were provided with a fan which helped.

Positive: Excellent dinner and breakfast. Staff went out of his way to be very accommodating for two weary pilgrims.
Negative: The location is downhill from the trail. The shower did not function properly. It barely dribbled the water out. Poor water pressure in the shower.

Positive: My husband and I are walking Via di Francesco and we’re so glad we went just a tiny bit further to stay in this country home, rather than at the limited facilities in Citerna. The setting of Le Rasse is beautiful and serene. Our host, Mauro, provided impeccable service and hospitality. The meal he prepared for us was extraordinary.
Summary: This is the place to stay when visiting Citerna!

Positive: Not far from the Via di Francesco trail, Le Rasse is a good option for walkers (although parking is also available). Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great views of both Umbria and Tuscany from our bedroom window. Our host was delightful and made himself available if needed. Tasty breakfast is included. We would highly recommend dining at Le Rasse. Made from the heart, our dinner was one of the best we've experienced during our travels.
Negative: The wifi wasn't working but it seemed to be a system-wide issue.
