Positive: We had a warm welcome from the host, and the house was kept clean even though we shared the same building with the host. The bathroom was big and comfortable.

Negative: However, there were a few issues. We had to enter through the back door, and the outside of the house and the path were not well-kept. There was an old swimming pool with dirty water. The grass was overgrown, with some leeches around when we checked out early in the morning. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, so the internet was slow, and there was no connection at all in the evening, which was only fixed late at night. Also there was no iron board. Also, there were two doors to get to the upstairs unit we rented, but we couldn't lock the outer door. The house was quite hot, and the host should provide standing fans in each room since summer is coming.
