Positive: Same as always. Great location. The corner room away from the elevator was quiet compared to other rooms and the air con system was quiet compared to most hotels in Hong Kong. Walking distance to everything and great food options nearby that open til late. Friendly staff and lots of smiles. The walls block sound from other rooms pretty well compared to other hotels in the area.

Positive: We liked the staff and the location very much. Both the person inside the entrance to the building and the staff on the lobby floor were extremely nice. The staff at the entrance greeted us and opened the door for us almost every single time, that made us feel very welcome. The room had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-refrigerator for me to store my eye-drops. The location is ideal, it is within a short distance to subway stations and bus stops with many routes. Last but not the least, there are many restaurants and stores all around.

Negative: The room was smaller than expected but perfectly OK for a short stay.

Summary: Simply great for the price
