Positive: Like a fairy tale cottage hidden in a vineyard, with the best pool ever, quiet relaxing, great views & walks in the morning, good breakfast selection. Very clean grounds! Smells like flowers everywhere! All the staff: the receptionists, the cleaning ladies, even the grounds keeper - were all very polite, professional, fast & efficient.

Negative: The young lady setting out breakfast & taking to the kitchen some plates that most customers have already gathered for her in the assigned place, she needs training! She was sour, not a smile, never said good morning, slow to take staff out, dropping items - she was in stark contrast with the rest of the staff. Hotel was pretty pricey, but its Napa Valley after all…

Positive: We love this Inn. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Beautiful grounds. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful view out on the deck if you choose to eat outside.

Negative: Napa napa made a new ordinance that won't let the jets go full power in the hot tub , which was a disappointment. Sewer smell on the side of the property by side parking lot.

Positive: The property was very quaint with a feeling of serenity. The rooms were also very clean and modern looking. We loved the location of our room as it was easily accessible from the main office, breakfast quarters, as well as the pool. It was truly a hidden gem.

Negative: We wish there had been a gym located on the property. However, our stay was so relaxing that we felt it might have been intentional by the property owners to make Wine Country a place to simply unwind and truly disconnect from all things “familiar”.
