Summary: The location was special and quiet. The hostess Karen was very kind and accommodating. We enjoyed the few days there and the pool is a very nice bonus in hot Oudsthoorn.

Summary: Tracy and Karen are living their dream and are happy to share it with us. Thank you both. Le Petit Karoo is a beautiful getaway in the hills north of Oudtshoorn, a definite recommendation for anyone traversing the Garden Route. Combined with a Route 62 drive, this provides the perfect counterweight to the coastal drives. Add in a drive through the Merringspoort pass - stunning! The relaxed vibe at Le Petit Karoo, complemented by the excellent meals prepared by Tracy, Karen and their team makes this your definite Klein Karoo base. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Summary: We were in the tent and it was super comfortable! The area is amazing. The owners are very welcoming and the meals are outstanding. No complaints!! Pity we only stayed overnight!
