Positive: The apartment is very well presented and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, bedroom comfortable and everything was very clean. This was an overnight stay heading back to Calais. The flat was in a good location near motorways, ALDI is super handy across the road and it was an easy and pleasant walk into Metz. The parking is very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Negative: Check in procedures. We were asked for passport details and a deposit of 100 Euro 24hrs before our stay. The host wanted these via external links and not through the booking.com platform. We had to contact customer services at booking.com to resolve this (who were excellent) however it was very stressful the day before when we didn't know if we would have access to the property. Access to the property is via an international phone call if you are coming from outside France. If the host improves deposit management and check in we would give this property 8/10

Positive: We were in Metz for a short stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and simply perfect. It is located in the suburbs of Metz. The direct environment is not that interesting, but quiet. Supermarkets are very close. It is about 2km away from the centre of Metz. A few minutes on our bikes. Metz is great for a short visit.

Negative: Well, nothing.

Positive: Convenient for shops, city centre and EV charge point. Very good takeaway pizza place nearby. Also post office, chemist very accessible. Quiet despite proximity to motorway. Friendly neighbours. Lovely grounds. Easy parking. Very safe.

Negative: I didn’t dislike anything, but I think the kitchen hob perhaps needs looking at. It was difficult to judge and control the heat because the numbers were unclear. We had to switch it on at the fuse box in order to use it. Otherwise, a really good stay.

Positive: Confortable beds and good shower and very co for table kitchen

Negative: Not walking distance from the centrum. You have to walk along the free way and river and quite boring streets to get into the center. I also did t like the fact that there is nothing g to out your luggage on and also to put your. Clothes. They have to stay in the floor. Pillows are also not good.
