Positive: Spotless beautifully restored small hotel and gite.with gorgeous swimming pool. Just a real delight to stay there.
Negative: Nothing negative whatsoever. Less than a mile from the centre of gorgeous historic Aubeterre sur Dronne. Can't check in till 4pm

Positive: Emilie and Philippe are very welcoming hosts, from the moment we arrived we were given a warm welcome and showed to our room. We stayed in room “cognac” which had a very comfortable bed and pillows, a huge walk-in shower and plentiful hot water. Breakfast was a delicious continental style served with scrambled eggs and an assortment of breads and pastries. Great coffee machine and superb orange juice! The very well maintained house, grounds and the added bonus that this property has air conditioning made this a very comfortable stay for my wife and I after several days of +35c at other properties without. We will definitely be back!
Negative: The room door was slightly difficult to lock due to the age of the house but not an issue for someone fit and able.
Summary: A warm welcome from great hosts, and a very comfortable stay!

Positive: Absolutely stunning boutique property! It looks like newly renovated with high end finishes. The interior is beautifully and tastefully decorated. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and very clean. Bed is comfortable. The outdoor is gorgeous, pool is big and pool area is spacious. Amazing hosts, very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend this property.

Positive: It was decorated luxuriously, very clean, warm, comfortable, homely and very beautiful. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We booked and arrived 20 minutes later but everything was perfectly ready for our stay.

Positive: Exceptionally friendly hosts, felt like a home away from home. Gorgeous grounds, beautiful property. Extremely comfortable bed! Super clean. Everything you could want for your stay in a. Auroral area of France. We had a wedding nearby, and it’s the perfect location to stay - would highly recommend anyone from couples to big families to stay!
