Positive: I liked the location. It is right in the middle of the town, very convinient. The room is clean.

Negative: Our room was next to the stairs and when some tired travellers were coming back from wherever, either the travellers were too loud or the room doors did not block any sound whatsoever - I got woken up by the noise at 02:40. Not really coming back.

Positive: Great location, just off Place Royale, beautiful rooms, cleaned every day.

Negative: Slightly disappointed to get the sister ‘Ardennes’ hotel location, was looking forward to the motorsport themed original building, but this did not affect my enjoyment of the site at all. The second location is wonderfully decorated with images of the history of SPA and the wider Ardennes area

Negative: Approach to room was not good. NO Airconditioner in room. Bathroom shower area was worst as it was just open bathtub. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows were one of worst I have seen in my past 30 years.
