Positive: I like the rooms.. i had nr. 1 with a balcony on the square.. that was really nice and the room was spacious… also the bathroom was very clean..

Negative: The staff at breakfast was a bit slow.. and nor their english or french was really sufficent. That was the only negative in terms of the restaurant.. The tourist taxes u have to pay cash, but they didnt have the retour money.. u cannot expect tourist to have the right amount ready.. they should habe change.. to give back.. and not saying, can u bring me the right amount… !!! That was the only negative comment i have…

Positive: We stayed in 3 different hotels in Essaouira during our trip and this was our favourite! Relaxing vibe (just outside the Medina) and super tasteful décor. Peaceful hotel with a great comfortable rooftop terrace with lovely view and atmosphere at any time of the day. The junior suite was great for 4 of us - very comfortable and incredibly spacious. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious and service impeccable both in the hotel and on the rooftop. We had such a nice stay we kept coming back to enjoy the vibe even when we were staying elsewhere! Great credit to the wonderful Fatima who was so helpful and friendly and sorted us out with the best hammam and camel ride in town. Nothing was too much trouble for Fatima and she made our stay even more special and memorable - thank you! All the staff were lovely and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel or come back and stay again.

Positive: – Comfortable and well decorated room. Very Clean – Friendly staff – very good location, the port parking is very nearby (1dh/hour). Steps from the medina and many shops/restaurants

Negative: What I was disappointed in was breakfast. When I booked this place I was expecting breakfast on the rooftop. However it is inside the groundfloor restaurant. The breakfast also lacks quality and creativity, worst coffee of the trip. Our room was noisy at some times in the evening, probably when they cleaned somethings upstairs in the restaurant

Summary: I would probably stay here again because I really liked the location. If this is your only hotel to stay at in Morocco,
