Cocoonr offers you this superb 55 m² flat to rent in Nantes. It's located in a quiet, old building in the heart of Nantes. The flat has beautiful volumes and a modern and warm decoration. Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no lift), it can very comfortably accommodate up to 4 travellers. Please note that this accommodation is eligible for the mobility lease. The accommodation consists of a living room, a fitted kitchen, a lounge, two bedrooms and a shower room. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

The flat is ideally located in Nantes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- In the area known as ‘L'île Feydeau’ (because it used to be an island), you'll be just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants, car parks and transport.
- You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to strolling around, visiting the most beautiful monuments (the superb Château des Ducs de Bretagne, Place Royale and its pretty fountain or Place Graslin and its famous theatre).
- The Machines de l'île, with its famous elephant, is 4 tram stops away (1.5 km)
- The Cité des Congrès is 1 km away
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the ‘Feydeau’ public pay car park 100 m away or in the Ile Gloriette car park.

- Nearest train station: Nantes train station, about 15 minutes' walk (1.1 km)
- Nearest airport: Nantes airport, about 16 minutes by car (10.5 km)
- All three tram lines are within 2 minutes' walk, as are a number of bus routes to the “Commerce” stop. You are 5 minutes by tram from Nantes SNCF station (‘Bouffay’ or ‘Commerce’ stops).
- You can also choose the self-service bikes ‘Les Bicloos’ (a station is 2 min from the flat).

Summary: Le Nao "Overall good but needs a few things to be done to make it excellent. 🙂 The location was excellent, very central, and reasonably quiet. Easy 1km walk from the railway station. The facilities were modern and clean and the manager who met us at the door was communicative and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the shower was good. But.... 🙁 The manager who met us clearly did not know the building or apartment. She was unable to show us the light switches for the stairwell. Three floors up! Be warned. Only skylights in the ceiling so no views. Also no instructions in the apartment on how to use the appliances and she did not know how to use them either. We figured out everything except the microwave in the end but it would have been better if there was a guide. The bathroom door did not close either but hopefully that will be fixed."

Summary: Le Nao "The stay was enjoyable, but the heat and lack of sleep took its toll, not suitable for old people. 🙂 The location was good, but very noisy, due to heat wave we had to keep windows open, which mean no getting to sleep before bars closed at 02:30. 🙁 The noise from bars and restaurants which was not mentioned. The stairs and lack of lift, again not mentioned in listing. Only one portable fan even though told there was two, agent did not answer 2 text messages, we had to buy our own second fan. The couch was the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on."

Summary: Le Nao "A very nice short stay! 🙂 Very good kitchen! Comfy beds. Renovated bathroom. Cute decor. Overall a comfy stay. 🙁 The location was great but very loud with the surrounding bars. It is good for a short stay but not having normal windows and very short ceilings can be tiring after a while."
