Positive: large spacious accommodation, good wifi, easy key pick-up (left onsite), full sized kitchen, very generous offering with dishwasher tablets, detergents, toilet paper. all appliances worked well. flywire screens on all windows. easy free street parking nearby. great host who responded quickly to all questions. great location next to boulangerie, town square, restaurants.

Negative: the whole of living area looked out onto a tin roof- this was disappointing. no sunlight into living space. apartment was dark- we had the lights on during the day to see despite bright daylight outside. we had to bring luggage up two flights of wooden stairs (no lifts) but luckily there were stair lights. stable- like entrance. we stayed too long, 2 nights would have been better given the depressing view and darkness.

Positive: On opening the front door, this huge, beautifully renovated and appointed apartment far exceeded our expectations. The sheer size of the apartment was so unexpected. It was huge and even though there were only the 2 of us, it was great value for money. We loved its modern facilities like the brand new kitchen, the washing machine and the dishwasher but it still had lots of charm and warmth from the exposed walls and wooden floors. All the thoughtful extras were a lovely touch too. We were lucky enough to find a parking spot just around the corner, although a small car would definitely fit through the front garage doors and park easily in the huge vacant area on the ground floor of the building (ours didn't fit through the doors although the owner offered the space as "free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed)".

Negative: Loved everything and wiished we could have stayed much longer.
