Summary: Starting from the positive: - great location - beautiful hotel - very spacious room with good decor (bigger than advertised) - very nice bathroom Negative: - the bed didn’t have a normal cotton sheet, but instead a plastic coated sheet that was uncomfortable when sleeping and I am sure it was not the most breathable material. I actually had to call service in the middle of the night to check if someone forgot to place the normal cotton linen sheet, and I was told this was normal

Summary: Stayed two nights then a further night later that week in a different room. Both beds and pillows wonderfully comfortable. First stay slightly smaller room, happy with everything, staff pleasant. Second stay, no tea or coffee in room, room larger but very slightly shabbier; in the morning staff unapologetic about lack of coffee.
