Summary: Empty shower gel in the room. Hairs dryer comes off making it VERY inconvenient to plug back. Bad experience after a long tiring day

Summary: Hotel is dated, and rooms don’t feel comfortable due to condition e.g. Bathrooms have caulking that is dirty, luggage storage area smelt bad, furniture is stained/damaged. Additionally, I requested a non-smoking room, and after being taken by staff to three different rooms they all stunk of smoke. Food and restaurants at hotel are good. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here if you have mid-to-high standards.

Summary: Everything was satisfactory. They need to check the room and see if anything is broken and replace. The stand up showers are sinking in. Although I had paid the full amount before, they still try to charge me fully for the two night and they corrected it as soon as I noticed it. It should not have happened to begin with.
