Positive: Fantastic place to stay for our last night in SL. Host was very welcoming & so accommodating. We had dinner here & it was the best Kottu of our whole trip! Brekkie was fab and hosts was great to serve it earlier than normal to make our flight. Very large spacious room & super clean, shared bathroom was also spotless and very comfy.

Positive: The accommodation was comfortable, and the staff treated us very well. Breakfast was very good, and they kindly recommended transportation options for the following day

Negative: The only issue was with the late check-in. We had informed them in advance of our arrival time, but upon arrival there was another family waiting as the owner had not yet opened the property. After a short wait, we were eventually able to check in and access the accommodation

Positive: The property is convenient if you are landing late at night and travelling first thing. It is located not far from airport in country lanes. It is a clean room with a shared bathroom. Dennis the host is excellent. He organised our airport pick up and car for the next day. Breakfast was fulfilling. We enjoyed chatting to Dennis in the morning, it was easy to talk with him and ask questions about Sri Lanka.

Negative: It suited our purpose of staying the night then off again. It is located in small country lane.

Summary: Comfortable, homely with a very nice breakfast.

Positive: The room was basic, but very comfortable. Everything was in good working order. It was well situated close to the airport, good after a tiring journey. Dennis was so kind and very helpful with my travel plans and organised a delicious dinner which was huge so he heated it up for my breakfast too which made me very happy. The birdsong in the morning was delightful. It made arriving in Sri lanka so easy with a lift from the airport and to my bus the next day.

Negative: I could say the noise of the planes but actually they came in small batches 3 or 4 times and didn't bother me at all.

Positive: We spent one night at Denis’s at the end of our trip around Sri Lanka, and we’re so glad we did, it was the best accommodation of our whole trip. The room was comfortable, with a good mattress, mosquito net and fan. The breakfast was huge, and the dinner (at an extra cost) was delicious. Our flight was in the late afternoon, so after checking out we were able to leave our luggage at their house, and when we came back, Denis offered us a shower at no extra charge. We highly recommend it!
