Summary: Great hotel in a perfect spot for skiing. Friendly efficient staff and comfortable rooms. Only downside is having to book an hour slot for the spa as it only has beds for 8 people. The sauna doesn’t work as gaps in the doors. Also I’ve never stayed in a 5* where you pay extra (we were HB) at breakfast for fresh orange and hot choc. Also no draft beer on a night and 50€ cheapest wine (was nice though).

Summary: Beautifully designed hotel, very attractive. Located just a few blocks from the downtown pedestrian area so there is easy access to restaurants. Front desk staff were very helpful. Wi-Fi is strong in the lobby but was very poor in the rooms, at least in 412 - we were there four nights and it was common to have to re-signin repeatedly, as often as three times during an hour.
