Summary: WiFi was awful. Wouldn’t stay connected at all. Staff was nice.

Summary: It was a fine place to stay, but we had to be patient. When we got to our room was so cold. We had an hour and a half to relax before our evening event. It was so cold in the room that we did not take our coats and gloves off the entire time. We called the front desk and were told it would take time. It did. It would have been nice if that would have been taken care of before we arrived. When we came back 4 hours later it was perfect. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible!
