Positive: The character of the property alongside its setting really makes the stay relaxing and very enjoyable. The owner is a great chap who makes you feel welcome and at home. There is a eatery and cafe (pub) across the road from the property as well as a restaurant for finer dining, all of which back on to a lovely stream making for a very enjoyable evening experience. There are good transport links to the nearby town of Lokeren via bus or bike. It really does have everything you need. I would highly recommend and potentially bring the family back.

Negative: There is a semi-busy road adjacent to the manor which could keep you awake if your a light sleeper.
