Summary: This hotel is not a five star hotel at all, it needs a complete renovation, the shower is stuck to the ceiling and has very poor pressure. We chose to shower downstairs in the reception :(

Summary: The hotel looks slightly worn down from the outside but the rest of the facility is clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was delicious and they have shallow pools with descending entry which is perfect for small children! The bathrooms could be with better lighting and ventilation.

Summary: Wonderful stay at a lovely hotel. Had everything we wanted. Breakfast was very good a lot of choices. Pool areas were well looked after. Rooms spacious and extremely clean. Customer service from all Members of staff was excellent.

Summary: Lovely resort and facilities at the Meridien but also use of facilities next door at the Westin. The staff at the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner in the Meridien were great, particularly one of the supervisors Napoleon who took care of everyone. The staff at tbe pool bars and towel area were great aswell. Overall a great location, service and hotel
